Product of the Month: Peru Balsam

This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Peru Balsam (Myroxylon pereirae), sourced from the lush landscapes of El Salvador.
Hand-harvested from towering trees between November and May, this precious resin ranges from light to deep brown before undergoing our partner Payan’s unique Elixir process – refining the colour, enhancing stability, and unlocking the full richness of its balsamic, vanilla, and gourmand notes.
